Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe to Invest in UK Wind Turbine R&D Project
Business Secretary Lord Mandelson and Energy and Climate Change Secretary Ed Miliband today signed a non binding memorandum of understanding with Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe Ltd.
