Technip Offshore UK awarded contract by Amerada Hess, worth around €37m (£25m), to provide subsea services management for UK North Sea assets. Technip will provide, inspection, repair and maintenance and engineering and execution services over three years. Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants will provide engineering support.

FluorAMEC Awarded Extension to Australian Contract03/08/2004
FluorAmec JV awarded follow-on contract for the Enfield FPSO facility. Engineering and procurement will be provided from Enfield's project office in Perth, with support from Fluor's offices in Houston, Texas, and Manila, the Philippines, and AMEC's office in Aberdeen.

New £35m contract awarded to Aker Kvaerner by Total E&P UK. Aberdeen-based Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner will be responsible for supporting operations and maintenance at Total's St Fergus gas terminal and on the Elgin/Franklin offshore assets in the North Sea.

Wood Group Engineering (North Sea) reappointed as one of BP's two main engineering, modifications and maintenance providers to its assets in the North Sea. Contract is worth up to £135m over three years.
