E.ON AG and Integra/KOM9 Consortium Complete Sale / Purchase of Thüga AG
Following approval by the relevant antitrust authorities, E.ON AG and Integra/KOM9, a consortium of local utilities, have completed the sale/purchase of Thüga AG, agreed in October.
The Thüga stakes in GASAG Berliner Gaswerke AG (37 %), HEAG Südhessische Energie AG (40 %), Stadtwerke Duisburg (20 %) and Stadtwerke Karlsruhe (10 %) were not included in the transaction.
The cash price for Thüga AG without those stakes is approximately Euro 2.9 billion.
