Downstream involves refining, logistics, trading crude oil and products, and marketing fuels, including liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) and chemicals
LNG
This is natural gas which is liquefied for transportation

In January-June 1999, Repsol bought 97.81% of the Argentinean company YPF S.A., which led to a more balanced and well-positioned multinational company. YPF was the biggest private oil and gas company in Latin America. Repsol increased its capital to 288 million shares as part of a refinancing operation after the acquisition of YPF.
