SBM Offshore N.V., formerly IHC Caland N.V., is the management holding company of a group of international companies. SBM Offshore N.V. is a pioneer in the offshore oil and gas industry. Worldwide, the company has over 5,000 employees representing 47 nationalities, and are present in 15 countries.
Activities include the engineering, supply, and offshore installation of most types of offshore terminals or related equipment. In addition, SBM Offshore owns and operates its own fleet of Floating (Production) Storage and Offloading units. GustoMSC offers design, engineering, procurement, project management and consultancy services primarily to the offshore oil and gas, and civil construction sectors, both new build, conversion and upgrade projects. GustoMSC is the specialist of all types of mobile offshore units; jack-ups, semi-submersibles, ship and barges, heavy lifting cranes and a range of deck-mounted and associated equipment. Experience profile covers a remarkably wide spectrum of capabilities, all in depth. It ranges from concept work, the creation of original idea, consultancy, feasibility studies, basic design and detailed engineering to the provision of project management, procurement, verification and quality control services.
- Single Buoy Moorings Inc (SBM), with its head office in Switzerland and its operating offices in Monaco, is the largest member of the Group. Its product line is the supply of facilities and services for the development and production of offshore oil and gas fields as well as the systems relevant to the mooring technology at large. SBM also owns and operates the Company's lease units. The SBM Monaco office provides engineering, project management and fleet operations and coordinates product technology development, marketing and project execution of the Group's activities. The organisation also includes the business units SBM Production Contractors for operation of the lease fleet, SBM Offshore Services for after sales services and offshore contracting and SBM Gas & Power for offshore technology applications in the LPG and LNG industry.
- SBM Atlantia is an integrated provider for engineering, procurement, construction and installation of 'complete floating production solutions' for the deepwater market. The company's products include all types of Single Point Mooring (SPM) systems, Floating Production, Storage and Offloading systems (FPSOs), Floating Storage and Offloading systems (FSOs), the SeaStar® mono-column Tension Leg Platform (TLP), the FourStar® four-column, battered-leg TLP, and the DeepDraft Semi® floating production unit.
- SBM Malaysia, member of the SBM Offshore Group, is a major contractor in the offshore oil & gas industry. Its product range covers Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Systems (FPSO), Floating Storage Offloading (FSO) systems and all types of Mooring Systems (shallow to very deepwater). All products are either sold or leased, depending on client requirements.
