Arctic Systems S660 Case Lost in the High Court

The Arctic Systems S660 case (funded by PCG) has been lost in the High Court. The case was appealed to the High Court who upheld the controversial decision reached by the Special Commissioners in September of last year.

This is a huge blow for small businesses especially for those run by husband and wife.

This landmark decision could now open up the path for increased challenges from the Inland Revenue which if successful could generate high tax bills. Do not forget the Revenue are able to investigate the last six years.
