Scottish Water Framework Contract for Franklin + AndrewsScottish Water has awarded Franklin + Andrews (part of the Mott MacDonald Group) a framework contract for the provision of cost consultancy services, providing assistance in the implementation of Scottish Water's new £1.8 billion capital investment programme. This contract is one of two cost consultancy frameworks awarded by Scottish Water, with an option to extend the initial three year schedule. This capital investment comprises 1500 projects to be commissioned by Scottish Water Solutions, Scottish Water's partner to upgrade Scotland's water and wastewater networks.
