Jacobs to Provide Wind Tunnel

Jacobs Engineering Group have announced that they recently received a turnkey contract from a major motor sport company, to provide a high technology wind tunnel to support their Formula 1 motor sports vehicle development in England.

Contractors Unlimited were not advised of the contract value.

Under the contract, Jacobs will provide engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, and commissioning services for the sophisticated new research facility.

The contract award signifies expansion by Jacobs in the motor sports industry.
