The value of the project to Fluor is approximately US$113 million.

The Sandwich complex serves as Pfizer's headquarters for drug research and development in Europe. When completed, the building, known as B530, will include a five-stories of nearly 390,000 square feet of office space, laboratories and ancillary facilities. Construction began in December 2001, with completion scheduled for summer of 2004.
