Technip awarded contract by BHP Billiton for flowlines(1), risers(2) and subsea structures installation for development of Shenzi field. This field is located in the Green Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico in 4,300 feet of water depths. The Shenzi development requires delivery of a subsea system in water depths where Technip has extensive experience. Pipeline end terminations (PLET) design is currently underway at Technip's operations and engineering centre in Houston (Texas).  |

Technip awarded contract worth approximately $150 million by Petrobras for development of Roncador field, located off the Brazilian coast. The Roncador P-54 project consists of eleven production and six water injection subsea wells, located at water depths down to 1,740 meters and connected in direct tie-back to the P-54 FPSO anchored at a water depth of 1,400 meters.  |

| Fluor Awarded Contract for Copper-Gold Concentrator | 07/03/2007 |
Fluor Corporation will provide project management, engineering and procurement services for US$598-million (A$775 million) copper-gold project for Oxiana Limited in South Australia. During the expansion, Fluor's construction management organization will require an average of 400 workers with up to 1,000 workers at peak periods. Project work will be executed out of Fluor's offices in Perth and Adelaide.  |
| Westinghouse and Shaw Group Sign Framework Agreement | 09/03/2007 |
Westinghouse Electric Company and its consortium partner, The Shaw Group, Inc., successfully negotiated framework agreement on February 28, 2007 with China's State Nuclear Power Technology Company (SNPTC) to provide four AP1000 nuclear power plants in China. Framework agreement confirms basic requirements and obligations of all parties involved and includes significant funding for long lead materials and early engineering.  |
Jacobs Receives Contract for Ethyleneamines Facility in Saudi Arabia | 09/03/2007 |

| Jacobs Receives Nexen Maintenance Contract | 09/03/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. receives three-year contract to provide full-service maintenance services for Nexen's Fort McMurray oil sands operations in Canada.
Jacobs will provide diversified maintenance services including craft and supervision planning, scheduling assistance during commissioning and start-up, and ongoing industrial maintenance once the plant is operational.  |
| ExxonMobil Plans More Than 20 Project Start-ups Through 2009 | 12/03/2007 |
Exxon Mobil Corporation Chairman and CEO Rex Tillerson told analysts March 7 at the New York Stock Exchange that the company expects to start up more than 20 new global projects in the next three years that, at peak, are expected to add 1 million oil equivalent barrels per day to ExxonMobil's base volumes. The project inventory at year-end 2006 is expected to develop 24 billion oil-equivalent barrels net to ExxonMobil.  |

Aker Kvaerner awarded contract with China Petroleum Material & Equipment (Group) Corporation (a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation) for basic engineering design and supply of certain equipment for new Polypropylene plant at the PetroChina GuangXi Petrochemical Company complex in GuangXi Province, People's Republic of China. Aker Kvaerner is providing the basic engineering design, together with certain offshore equipment, from its offices in the Netherlands.  |

Fluor Corporation to provide project management, engineering and procurement services for Marathon Oil Corporation's projected $3.2-billion project that will expand the crude oil refining capacity of the company's Garyville, La., refinery by 180,000 barrels per day.  |

Hanwha International Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hanwha Chemical Corporation, which is a petrochemical manufacturer and supplier in Asia.  |
| Shaw Awarded Construction Services Contract for Huntsman's New Maleic Anhydride Plant | 13/03/2007 |
The Shaw Group's Shaw Constructors, Inc. business unit awarded construction management and services contract by Huntsman Corporation to construct new 100 million pound/year maleic anhydride plant at Geismar, Louisiana. Shaw's services include overall construction management, site work preparation, structural steel supply and erection, and the installation of mechanical equipment, piping systems, electrical components and instrumentation.  |

Wood Group Power Solutions, Inc. awarded turnkey contract from UniSource Energy Development Company (UED) to engineer, construct and commission the 90MW Black Mountain Generating Station located near Kingman, Arizona, USA. WGPS will provide engineering, design, procurement, installation, start-up and commissioning services for the entire power plant, involving the relocation of two new General Electric LM6000PC gas turbine generator packages.  |

Foster Wheeler USA Corporation awarded contract by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) to provide license and basic engineering package for new delayed coker. The 3.7 million tonnes per annum delayed coker, which will be based on Foster Wheeler's Selective Yield Delayed Coking (SYDEC(SM)) process, forms part of IOCL's residue upgrading project at its Gujarat refinery in India.  |

The Shaw Group Inc.'s Shaw Stone & Webster business unit awarded engineering and procurement contract by Marathon Petroleum Company LLC, a subsidiary of Marathon Oil Corporation, for a 70,000 barrels per day (bpd) heavy gas oil hydrocracker unit and 47,000 bpd kerosene hydrotreater unit. The contract award is part of the Garyville Major Expansion (GME) Project at Marathon's Garyville, La. refinery.  |

| Jacobs Receives EPS Contract from BP | 26/03/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. to provide the 2007 front end engineering and early stage procurement services for BP's San Juan Basin project. BP seeks to increase its share of ultimate recovery of coalbed methane natural gas from the San Juan Basin of southwestern Colorado by an estimated 1.9 trillion cubic feet.  |
| BP and Tata to Create Solar Mega Plant in Bangalore | 26/03/2007 |
At the inauguration of a new 36MW solar photovoltaic (PV) production line, the board of Tata BP Solar confirmed that this represents another step towards realizing the designed potential of the 300MW plant. The new production line has seen Tatt BP Solar more than double its cell manufacturing capacity to reach some 50MW per annum. The next phase of the expansion will see an additional 128MW of cell manufacturing capacity added during 2007-8.  |

| BP Solar Expand Cell Manufacturing Capacity in Spain | 27/03/2007 |
BP Solar begins constructing mega cell plant at its European headquarters in Tres Cantos, Madrid. For phase 1 of the Madrid expansion, BP Solar is aiming to expand its annual cell capacity from 55 MW to around 300 MW. This follows the announcement on 21st March of the construction of a similar facility in Bangalore, India.  |
| Shaw Awarded EPC Contract for Air Emissions Control Systems | 27/03/2007 |
The Shaw Group Inc. awarded engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by PSEG Fossil LLC, a subsidiary of Public Service Enterprise Group Inc., to install mercury control and flue gas desulphurization (FGD) systems for Units 1 and 2 at PSEG's Mercer Generating Station near Trenton, New Jersey. Mercer Station's new emissions controls are expected to reduce mercury emissions by 90 percent and sulfur dioxide emissions by 94 percent.  |
| Jacobs Receives Contract for Refinery Revamp in Bavaria | 28/03/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group awarded contract by Bayernoil to provide basic and detailed engineering, procurement, and construction management services at the Vohburg refinery in Bavaria, Southern Germany. Although the contract value was not disclosed, officials noted that the total investment cost is approximately $60 million.  |

Technip awarded contract by Shell for installation of water injection flowlines(1) and the risers(2) for development of the Ursa and Princess fields. These fields are located in the Gulf of Mexico, about 140 miles southeast of New Orleans (Louisiana).  |
| Acergy Awarded Development project with A/S Norske Shell | 29/03/2007 |
Acergy awarded contract by A/S Norske Shell for installation work on the Shell Draugen D3-E3 development project. The contract, valued at NOK 171 million ($28 million), is for the installation of flexible pipe and umbilical, together with well control umbilicals and various other structures. The work will be carried out on the Garn West and Rogn South fields in the Draugen area in water depths of approximately 300 metres. In addition, Acergy will undertake all tie-in and testing work to hook up the new subsea wells.  |

Acergy S.A. awarded contract from Petrobras to install Mexilhão gas export trunkline in Brazil. The contract, valued at approximately $400 million is for the installation of 120 kilometres of 34 inch diameter pipeline from an offshore fixed platform in the Mexilhão field to shore at Caraguatatuba, south of Rio de Janeiro.  |

Shaw Stone & Webster business unit awarded maintenance and modifications services contracts to provide management and craft labour services for Exelon Generation Company, LLC's fleet of nuclear stations located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Illinois. Exelon Generation is a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation. The maintenance and modification services to be provided through 2011 may also include pipe fabrication, and construction services as may be requested by Exelon.  |

| Gazprom and Soteg Jointly Construct Combined-cycle Plant | 17/04/2007 |
Gazprom Marketing & Trading Ltd. and Soteg SA sign Memorandum of Understanding to set up joint venture for construction of Combined-Cycle Plant (CCP) in Germany. Pursuant to the document, CCP with total capacity of 800 Mw (two turbines of 400 Mw) is planned to be constructed in the town of Eisenhuttenstadt. It is planned to commit EUR 400 mln. CCP will be commissioned in 2010.  |
| Foster Wheeler Wins Coker Heater Contract for New COPC Refinery | 17/04/2007 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's subsidiary Foster Wheeler USA Corporation awarded contract by CNOOC Oil & Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. ("COPC") for thermal design, engineering, procurement, and material supply of two delayed coker heaters. The heaters will be installed in a new four-drum delayed coking unit, which will be part of anew COPC Huizhou refinery at Daya Bay, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.  |
| Foster Wheeler Awarded Doosan Heavy Industries Contract | 17/04/2007 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's subsidiaries within its Global Power Group awarded contracts from Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Co., Ltd. (Doosan) for design and supply of circulating fluidized-bed steam generator for the Glow CFB3 thermal power project in Thailand. Doosan awarded the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from Glow Energy PLC, the developer of the project. Commercial operation of the plant is scheduled for the end of 2009.  |
| SNC Lavalin Awarded Contract by MATL | 17/04/2007 |
SNC-Lavalin's Transmission and Distribution Division awarded CAN $6M contract by Montana Alberta Tie Ltd. (MATL) to design and construct an electrical substation near Lethbridge, Alberta. The substation is a critical part of MATL's plan for a 347 km long, 300 MW (230 kV) bi-directional transmission line to interconnect the power transmission grids of the province of Alberta and the state of Montana. The line will be the first cross-border merchant transmission line between Canada and the United States.  |
| Aker Kvaerner Selected for Purified Terephthalic Acid Project | 17/04/2007 |
Aker Kvaerner selected for basic and detailed engineering design and for provision of offshore procurement services for PetroquímicaSuape's new Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) plant, to be built at the Port of Suape, Pernambuco, in North East Brazil. Aker Kvaerner signed an Early Works Contract with PetroquímicaSuape for development of Purchase Orders for long delivery equipment items and technical advisory services.  |
| Statoil Investing Green Billions at Mongstad | 18/04/2007 |
For the next three years, Statoil will invest NOK 1 billion in environmental technology at the Mongstad refinery north of Bergen. "This will make the entire refinery more robust," says Bjøhrn Kåre Viken, vice president for Statoil Mongstad. The investment forms part of the refinery's strategy to comply with more stringent emissions limits and requirements for better and more timely use of environmental facilities there.  |

| Aker Kvaerner/ERSAI Lands Kashagan Hook-up | 18/04/2007 |
Unincorporated Aker Kvaerner/ERSAI consortium start early work activities for Agip KCO for hook-up and commissioning of first phase of Kashagan field development in Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea. These activities lasts for three months are and are worth up to USD 157 million. In addition, Agip KCO and the Aker Kvaerner/ERSAI consortium have signed a letter of intent for a potential contract for the hook-up work for the first phase of the Kashagan field development.  |

Aker Kvaerner sign contract with Sevan Production Services for installation of "Sevan Hummingbird" Floating Production, Storage and Offloading unit (FPSO). The FPSO will be installed on the Chestnut field on the UK Continental Shelf, which is operated by Venture Production. The total contract value for Aker Kvaerner is approximately NOK 145 million.  |

As operator, Statoil award Leirvik Module Technology contract to deliver new accommodation modules for Troll A platform in the North Sea. The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract is worth about NOK 725 million.  |
| Final Gjøa Platform Contract Ready | 20/04/2007 |
Samsung Heavy Industries given assignment of building Gjøa platform hull. The final key platform supplier is now in place. The construction contract has a value of USD 150 million, or around NOK 900 million. Samsung has commenced mobilisation activities with a planned fabrication start in South Korea in February 2008. Up to 1,000 people will be working on the 14,000-tonne hull structure.  |

Planned plant capacity is 450,000 metric tons of ethylene annually and will be constructed as part of major expansion to LHC's existing petrochemical facility in Panjin City, Liaoning Province, China.  |
Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines Wins Gas Turbine Maintenance Contracts | 25/04/2007 |
Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines Ltd (WGLIT) awarded two long-term Siemens gas turbine maintenance contracts from Cefla s.c. in Italy. Under the first contract, awarded at the end of 2006, WGLIT will provide repair, maintenance and diagnostic support over a period of six years for a Siemens Tornado gas turbine, power turbine and controls package located within the Riwal ceramics factory near Maranello, Italy.  |
| Technip Awarded Contract for Byaco Acetic Acid Plant in China | 26/04/2007 |
Technip awarded engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services contract by BP-YPC Acetyls Co. (Nanjing) Ltd. (BYACO), the 50/50 joint venture between BP and Sinopec/YPC, for an acetic acid* plant located in Nanjing, Jiangsu province (China). This plant will have a capacity of 500,000 tons per year of acetic acid and will be based on BP's world leading Cativa® technology.  |
| Foster Wheeler Awarded Springerville Boiler Erection Contract | 30/04/2007 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's subsidiary within its Global Power Group awarded contract for construction management services and reimbursable craft labour to erect 400 megawatt (MWe) pulverized-coal (PC) steam generator at Springerville Generating Station in Arizona by Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP). Foster Wheeler was previously awarded a contract in 2006 to supply the PC boiler to SRP for this project.  |
| Shaw to Provide Project Management Services for Gas Injection Facilities Project | 30/04/2007 |
Shaw Group's Shaw Stone & Webster business unit selected by Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) to provide project management services for its $1.6 billion Umm Shaif Gas Injection Facilities Project in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. The project is designed to enhance oil production from the Umm Shaif Field by an average of 50,000 barrels per day beginning in 2010.  |
