| Technip Awarded Contract by Statoil for Gjøa Field | 29/08/2007 |
Technip awarded contract by Statoil, worth approximately 24 million (NOK 190 million) for fabrication and installation of infield pipelines on Gjøa. The Gjøa field is located in the blocks 35/9 and 36/7 on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, approximately 45 km west of Sognefjorden, and 60 km northeast of Troll C. The water depth in the area is between 360 to 380 meters.  |
| AMEC Awarded Contract for Potash Project | 29/08/2007 |
Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (PotashCorp) secures AMEC to create a new mine and expand existing operations in New Brunswick. AMEC will provide engineering, procurement and construction management services for the estimated CDN $1.7 billion (USD $1.6 billion) project. The project, which is awaiting regulatory approval, will take four years to complete.  |

Technip awarded lumpsum front-end engineering design (FEED) contract by Qatar Petroleum, worth approximately USD 60 million, for the Al Shaheen refinery to be built in Messaieed, Qatar. Technip's operations and engineering centres in Paris and Abu Dhabi will execute the contract.  |

Foster Wheeler Ltd's subsidiary within its Global Power Group awarded contract for heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) by BP Oil Refineria de Castellon, S.A. The boiler will be built at BP's oil refinery in Castellon, Spain.  |
| Jacobs Selected by GlaxoSmithKline as Singapore Alliance Contractor | 23/08/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group's Singapore operations selected by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as their Alliance Contractor at the two GSK manufacturing facilities in Singapore. Jacobs will provide engineering, procurement, project management, construction management, and validation services. The Alliance will encompass multiple projects in support of GSK's ongoing capital investment program. This is the first Alliance program for GSK in Singapore.  |
| Technip Awarded Contract for Cili Padi Gas Field Development | 23/08/2007 |
Technip awarded contract for Cili Padi gas field development by Shell Oil and Gas Malaysia LLC. Shell, a production sharing contract (PSC) contractor to PETRONAS, is the operator for the field, with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd and Nippon Oil as partners. The Cili Padi field is located 153km offshore Bintulu (Malaysia), at a water depth of 91m. Technip's operations and engineering center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will execute the contract.  |
| Jacobs Receives Two Sulfur Recovery Project Contracts in China | 22/08/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. receives two contracts from Hofung Technology to provide Jacobs' patented sulfur recovery technologies, EUROCLAUS(R) and SUPERCLAUS(R), for two separate projects in China. Hofung Technology is a Dutch company specializing in marketing and sales of technology and equipment for the chemical, petrochemical, power, and energy industries, with operations in China since 1992. They are a sub-licensor of Jacobs' technologies through its Comprimo(R) Sulfur Solutions group. The two firms have partnered since 1992 to provide these two technologies to clients in China.  |
| Jacobs Receives Clean Fuels Contract From Indian Oil Corp | 22/08/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. receives contract from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) to provide project management and engineering, procurement, and construction management services for a 2.2 million tons per annum diesel hydro treatment (DHDT) project to be located at IOCL's Gujarat Refinery in the state of Gujarat, India.  |
| Technip Awarded FEED Contract for Ethane Extraction | 22/08/2007 |
Technip awarded by Sonatrach a front-end engineering design (FEED) contract for an ethane extraction project located in Arzew, Algeria. This contract covers two units to extract ethane from the liquefied natural gas produced by the GL1Z and GL2Z trains at Arzew.  |
| Westinghouse and Shaw Sign Historic Contracts | 21/08/2007 |
The Shaw Group Inc. announces that Shaw and Westinghouse Electric Company, its AP1000 Consortium partner, have signed definitive contracts with State Nuclear Power Technology Company of China (SNPTC), Sanmen Nuclear Power Company, Shandong Nuclear Power Company Ltd., and China National Technical Import & Export Corporation (CNTIC) to provide four AP1000 nuclear power plants in China. Shaw will provide engineering, procurement, commissioning, information management and project management services for the four unit construction program. Shaw has previously announced the addition of approximately $700 million for this program to its backlog of work.  |
| Jacobs Receives Contract from Pfizer for New Biotech Manufacturing Centre | 21/08/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group receives contract from Pfizer Limited to provide construction management services for a new small-scale clinical biotech manufacturing center in Shanbally, Cork, Ireland. Jacobs will start construction in September 2007, with manufacturing scheduled to start in the completed facility by late 2009. Jacobs will manage all work from its offices in Cork.  |
| AMEC Wins Middle East Consultancy and Engineering Services Contract | 21/08/2007 |
AMEC awarded five-year consultancy and engineering services contract by the Kuwait National Petroleum Company, covering upgrades, refurbishment and modifications on Kuwait's three existing refineries. The contract is worth over 23.3 million Kuwait Dinars (approximately £41.9 million at current exchange rate). Starting immediately, the work covers provision of services management, engineering services, including concept/basic design, process and general engineering covering the complete refineries activities.  |
| Mott MacDonald to Design Facilities For New Oil Field in Sudan | 21/08/2007 |
Mott MacDonald, with contractors Higleig Petroleum Services, commissioned by Petrodar Operating Company to design $100 million field processing facilities for a new oil field at Moleeta, part of the Melut Basin Oil development project in Sudan. It is envisaged that this will increase the country's oil production by 50,000 barrels of oil per day.  |
| Technip-Subsea 7 J.V. Awarded Contract for Alve Field Development | 21/08/2007 |
Technip and Subsea 7 awarded contract by Statoil worth approximately 37 million for the development of the Alve field located offshore Norway. The contract covers project management, engineering, procurement, installation, installation support and pre-commissioning of a rigid production flowline(1). This 16km-long carbon steel flowline with internal corrosion resistant alloy cladding will have a direct electrical heating cable with a mechanical protection system. It will be installed between the existing Norne FPSO(2) and the Alve L template.  |
| Technip Awarded Contract for Syngas Plant in China | 21/08/2007 |
Technip awarded basic design and engineering package contract by Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (YPC) for a syngas plant located in Nanjing, China. This plant will have a capacity of 25,000m3/hour of carbon monoxide (CO), 16,000m3/hour of oxo gas*, and 59,000m3/hour of hydrogen. It will be based on Technip's proprietary reformer technology and Air Products' proprietary cryogenic CO purification technology.  |
| Fluor Joint Venture Awarded Mining Expansion Project | 21/08/2007 |
Fluor Corporation announces that BHP Billiton awarded the Mine & Port Development JV (MPDJV) a contract to provide engineering, procurement, construction management and commissioning services for an iron ore expansion project in Western Australia. Total project value is $1.8 billion and Fluor's share of the EPCM Contract is 50 percent.  |
| Fluor Selected for Grupa LOTOS Project in Poland | 21/08/2007 |
Fluor Corporation awarded contract to provide engineering, procurement and construction management services to build utilities and off-sites for the Grupa LOTOS Comprehensive Technical Upgrade Program in Gdansk, Poland. The project will be executed by Fluor's Gilwice, Poland, office. The contract value for Fluor is more than EUR 200 million (US $275.3 million) and was booked during second quarter 2007. Grupa LOTOS is Poland's second-largest oil refiner and retailer.  |
| Foster Wheeler Wins Contract for New Delayed Coker Complex | 21/08/2007 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's Madrid-based subsidiary Foster Wheeler Iberia, S.A.U., part of its Global Engineering and Construction Group, awarded contract by Petroleos del Norte, S.A. (Petronor) for the engineering, procurement and construction management of a delayed coking complex at its refinery at Somorrostro (Vizcaya), in northern Spain. The coking complex will be comprised of a 36,000 barrels per stream day delayed coker, which will use Foster Wheeler's leading SYDEC(SM) delayed coking technology, plus coke handling and storage facilities and a gas concentration unit. Petronor is majority-owned by Repsol YPF.  |
| Foster Wheeler Awarded Contract by IES for Refinery Modernisation | 21/08/2007 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's Milan-based subsidiary, Foster Wheeler Italiana S.p.A., part of its Global Engineering and Construction Group, awarded contract by Italiana Energia e Servizi S.p.A. (IES) for the engineering, procurement and construction supervision services for a modernisation project at IES' Mantua refinery in northern Italy. The refinery modernisation aims to produce automotive diesel complying with European Union ultra-low-sulfur specifications and reduce refinery emissions to the environment.  |
| Foster Wheeler Awarded Feasibility Study by C.GEN | 21/08/2007 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's Milan-based subsidiary, Foster Wheeler Italiana S.p.A., part of its Global Engineering and Construction Group, awarded feasibility study by C.GEN N.V. for a 400 MWe (gross megawatt electric) coal-fired integrated gasification combined-cycle (IGCC) plant to be built in northern Europe. C.GEN is a company belonging to the same group as Cobelfret, aimed at the development of new energy projects focused on coal and environmentally friendly solutions. Cobelfret is a transport and logistics group based in Europe.  |

| J. Ray McDermott Awarded Long Term Agreement by Saudi Aramco | 21/08/2007 |
McDermott International, Inc's subsidiary, J. Ray McDermott, S.A. ("J. Ray"), awarded seven-year project by Saudi Aramco to provide engineering, procurement, construction, and installation for the Offshore Maintain Potential Program in Saudi Arabia. The project is known in the industry as the "Long Term Agreement" or "LTA".  |

Foster Wheeler Ltd's two subsidiaries in its Global Engineering and Construction Group, Foster Wheeler Energy Limited and Foster Wheeler Arabia Limited, awarded front-end engineering design (FEED) and program management services contract by Saudi Aramco for the Karan onshore gas processing facilities at Khursaniyah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  |
| KBR Subsidiary Awarded Detail Engineering Contract by Statoil | 21/08/2007 |
KBR subsidiary, M.W. Kellogg Limited (MWKL), awarded detail engineering contract by Statoil on behalf of Gassco and Gassled. MWKL will be responsible for the upgrading and development of the Statoil gas treatment facility at Karsto located north of Stavanger, Norway. Karsto is a hub for gas production to 30 large and small fields in the North Sea and the Norwegian Sea.  |
| Aker Kvaerner Wins Further Polyolefins Projects in China | 06/08/2007 |
Aker Kvaerner awarded contract by ShenHua Baotou Coal Chemicals Co., Ltd for new polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) facility at its coal chemical complex in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China. Aker Kvaerner is providing the basic engineering design, technical advisory services, and certain offshore equipment procurement service. The contract value to Aker Kvaerner was not disclosed.  |
| Total and Sonatrach Partner to Build a Petrochemical Complex | 06/08/2007 |
Total selected to build petrochemical complex in Arzew, near Oran, Algeria, in partnership with Sonatrach. The project encompasses the construction of an ethane cracker and three product lines. The cracker will have a capacity of 1.4 million metric tons per year. The feed gas will come from southern Algerian fields. The cracker will produce around 1.1 million metric tons of ethylene per year, which will be processed into 410,000 metric tons of monoethylene glycol, 350,000 metric tons of high density polyethylene and 450,000 metric tons of linear low density polyethylene, mainly for export.  |
| Technip Awarded Contract for Lotos' Refinery in Poland | 06/08/2007 |
Technip awarded lumpsum turnkey contract by Grupa Lotos S.A. worth approximately 472 million for the Gdansk Refinery in Poland. Technip's operations and engineering centre in Rome will execute the contract. This is the third contract signed by Technip in Poland in the last few months, reinforcing the presence of the Group in this country.  |
| SNC Lavalin J.V. to Build Alcan's Aluminium Smelter in South Africa | 06/08/2007 |
SNC-Lavalin and its partners, Murray & Roberts and Hatch, as joint venture partners sign contract with Alcan Inc., valued at more than US$100 million, for the front-end engineering and design (FEED) and engineering, procurement and construction management services (EPCM) for the first phase of Alcan's Coega Aluminium Smelter Project in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Upon completion of this first phase, the smelter will have an initial capacity of 360,000 tonnes/yr.  |
| Qatalum Awards Contract for 1250 MW Power Plant | 06/08/2007 |
Qatalum, the new aluminium smelter company in Qatar, a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and Hydro Aluminium AS, has awarded the contract for its 1250 MW Power Plant to a consortium integrated of General Electric and Doosan Heavy Industries Construction Co., Ltd. The EPC Contract was signed on behalf of Qatar Petroleum by Mr. Abdulla H. Salatt - Chairman of the Qatalum Executive Committee - and on behalf of Hydro Aluminium Jon-Harald Nilsen - also a member of the Qatalum Executive Committee.  |
| Technip Awarded Paraxylene Complex Project in Poland | 06/08/2007 |
Technip awarded contract worth approximately 160 million by PKN ORLEN S.A. for the construction of a new paraxylene* complex in its refinery in Plock, central Poland.
Technip's operations and engineering centre in Rome will execute the project which includes engineering, procurement and supply of equipment and materials, and technical assistance for activities at site (construction, precommissioning and commissioning). Services, materials and equipment supply will be delivered on a lump sum basis; activities at site will be charged on a cost plus fee basis.  |
| KBR Subsidiary Awarded Contract by Sojitz Corporation | 06/08/2007 |
KBR's subsidiary, MW Kellogg Limited (MWKL), awarded contract to provide Basic Engineering Design (BED) package for an ammonia plant revamp. The ex Kemira-Growhow plant is currently being re-located from Rotterdam in the Netherlands to Pakistan by Fatima Fertilizer Co. Ltd. and will form part of a new fertilizer complex to be owned and operated by Fatima at Sadiqabad.  |
| Jacobs Receives Contracts from Total in Germany | 06/08/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. receives 2-year renewal of its contract with Total Raffinerie Mitteldeutschland GmbH to provide engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services at Total's refinery at Spergau in Eastern Germany. Jacobs will continue performing the work from its office in Schkopau, Germany, near the refinery site. The Spergau facility, which has a capacity of 11 million tons per year, is the newest grassroots refinery in Europe.  |
| Jacobs Receives Contract for Fort Saskatchewan Extraction Plant | 06/08/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. receives contract from Aux Sable Canada LP and NOVA Chemicals for engineering, procurement, and construction management of extraction plant proposed for Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The proposed extraction plant will have the capacity to process as much as 1.2 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day from the Alliance pipeline, and will produce approximately 40,000 barrels per day of ethane. The extraction plant will be owned and operated by Aux Sable Canada LP, with the ethane delivered via pipeline to NOVA Chemicals' Joffre, Alberta, petrochemical complex for use as a feedstock in the production of ethylene.  |
| KBR Awarded EPC Contract for Sonatrach Skikda LNG Project | 09/07/2007 |
KBR awarded engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for Sonatrach Skikda LNG project, to be constructed at Skikda, Algeria. The contract has an approximate value of USD 2.8 billion. In addition to performing the EPC work for the 4.5 million metric tons per annum LNG train along with associated LPG and condensate recovery, KBR will execute the pre-commissioning and commissioning portion of the contract. Work is expected to begin in July and will be executed in Houston prior to moving to the Skikda Site.  |
| Technip Awarded Contract for Polyethylene Plant in China | 09/07/2007 |
Technip, in association with INEOS as the licensor, has been awarded a contract by Liaoning Huajin Chemicals for a high density polyethylene plant to be built in Panjin (China). The contract covers the basic engineering design for the plant and the pre-commissioning support. The plant, based on INEOS' Innovene S technology, will produce 300,000 tons/year of high density polyethylene intended for the manufacture of resistant plastics.  |

Technip awarded contract by Fort Hills Energy L.P. for the transformation of heavy oil from the bitumen sands of the Fort Hills Oil Sands project. This services contract includes front-end engineering design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction and project management for the primary upgrader, to be constructed near Edmonton in Alberta, Canada.  |
| Kårstø Processing Complex Upgrading | 05/07/2007 |
Kårstø processing complex north of Stavanger will undergo comprehensive upgrading over the next few years. KEP2010 is a common term for several projects whose purpose it is to make Kårstø facilities more robust for safe and efficient operations for many years to come. The project's framework investment is estimated at around NOK 6.5 billion. Kårstø facilities are owned by the Gassled partnership. Gassled's steering committee agreed to implement KEP2010 on 2 July. Plans call for the completion of KEP2010 projects between 2010 and 2012, with upgrading work beginning in the autumn of 2008. The KEP2010 workforce working on site will comprise around 500 personnel at any given time. M W Kellogg Ltd in London has been awarded the contract for KEP2010 engineering work, worth around NOK 1 billion. M W Kellogg has carried out pre-engineering for KEP2010 since June last year with Sørco AS and Norconsult AS as subcontractors.  |
| AMEC Wins £20m Engineering Services Contract in Middle East | 05/07/2007 |
AMEC awarded four-year engineering services contract by Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc/Kuwait Gulf Oil Company Joint Operations (JO) covering the Kuwait onshore portion of the Divided Zone between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The value of the contract is £20 m over the four years. The work covers provision of engineering advisory services, including front-end engineering, design work and preparation of tender documents.  |
| Jacobs Receives EPCM Contract from Novartis | 03/07/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group is providing engineering, procurement, and construction management services for Novartis' new manufacturing facility to be located in Holly Springs, N.C. The new facility will produce trivalent pandemic and interpandemic influenza vaccines utilizing an innovative cell culture based process for U.S. and overseas markets. Jacobs is providing services on-site and from its Cincinnati office.  |
| Jacobs Receives Contract for Elastomers Plant Expansion | 03/07/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. receives contract from Dow Chemical Company to provide detailed design services for an expansion to Dow's Solution Elastomer manufacturing facility at Schkopau, Germany. The project involves adding a third process train to the existing production facility. Jacobs' services include performing detailed engineering for the process units portion and managing the offsite interfaces.  |
| Design Basis Announced for Fort Hills Project | 03/07/2007 |
Petro-Canada, on behalf of the Fort Hills Energy L.P., announces the formal design basis for its Fort Hills Project - an integrated oil sands mining project that includes a mine and bitumen extraction plant 90 kilometres north of Fort McMurray, Alberta and an upgrader in Sturgeon County northeast of Edmonton, Alberta. This milestone marks the partnership's commitment to proceed with the front-end engineering and design (FEED) stage. The FEED process will take about 12 months to complete, producing a definitive cost estimate and the basis upon which the final go-ahead decision on the project will be made.  |
| ExxonMobil Chemical to Expand ExxsolTM Hydrocarbon Fluids Capacity in Singapore | 03/07/2007 |
ExxonMobil Chemical to add 130,000 tons per year of capacity to its ExxsolTM hydrocarbon fluids plant in Jurong Island, Singapore. This will bring Singapore fluids production to over 500,000 tons per year. Commercial quantities of the product from the new facility are expected to be available in the fourth quarter 2008.  |
| Cacouna Energy Project Receives Québec Government Approval | 03/07/2007 |
The Cacouna Energy Project, a joint project of Petro-Canada and TransCanada Corporation (TransCanada) has been granted a decree by the Québec government approving the proposal to construct the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) re-gasification terminal in Québec. The terminal would be located in Gros Cacouna, approximately 200 kilometres east of Québec City on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River. In advance of granting the decree, the Québec Ministry of Environment completed its environmental assessment of the project.  |
| Technip Awarded Contract for Hydrogen Plant in Spain | 03/07/2007 |
Technip awarded CEPSA lumpsum engineering, procurement and construction contract, worth approximately 60 million, for a hydrogen plant to be built at the Huelva refinery, Spain. Technip's operations and engineering center in Zoetermeer (The Netherlands) will execute the contract, with support from the center in Barcelona (Spain).  |
| Jacobs Receives Contract from Saudi Aramco | 03/07/2007 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. receive contract to provide basic design package for 900 ton per day (TPD) sulfur recovery unit (SRU) for the Khursaniyah Gas Plant in Saudi Arabia. The new SRU will use Jacobs' proprietary SUPERCLAUS(R) technology to recover sulfur from acid gas feed streams to produce molten elemental sulfur. It will be designed to achieve 99 percent sulfur recovery at the end of a 2- year run. This 900 TPD SRU train will be added in parallel to three SUPERCLAUS(R) trains now under construction.  |
