Statoil Sign Frame Agreement with Siemens AS

Statoil has signed a frame agreement with Siemens AS worth
NOK 747 million including options.

The group-wide five-year contract covers maintenance, service and minor modifications on systems and equipment supplied by Siemens, with options for two two-year extensions.

All electrical, safety and automation systems both offshore and onshore for which Statoil is technical service provider and for which Siemens has supplied equipment, are incorporated in the deal.
