Jacobs Receives Contract for Ethyleneamines Facility in Saudi Arabia

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has received a contract from Arabian Amines Corporation (a joint venture between Huntsman MA Services Corporation and Zamil Group Holding Company) to provide the completion of front-end engineering and design and project management contractor services for a world-scale, $150 million ethyleneamines facility at Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The new facility will add significantly to worldwide production, producing approximately 30,000 tons per year of ethyleneamines. Jacobs is executing the work from their Reading, United Kingdom; and Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia offices.
