Jacobs Receives Engineering Partner Contract From BP

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has received a three-year contract to provide engineering services through a site-based staff for BP Chemicals' facility in Cooper River, S.C.

In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Pete Evans stated, "We are pleased to expand our alliance relationship with BP to the Cooper River Chemical Division. We have helped BP achieve best-in-class ratings for small capital projects at their Carson and Texas City facilities and are committed to delivering the same results for Cooper River."
