Eni Sign Agreement with Gazprom

ENI LogoEni's CEO Paolo Scaroni and Gazprom's CEO Alexei Miller have established guidelines for an agreement between the two companies. The agreement will focus on the upstream and downstream sectors including oil, natural gas, power and liquefied natural gas.

The agreement will be signed by 15 October 2006, and subsequently presented to the boards of directors and to the relevant authorities.
