In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Arlan Emmert stated, "We are pleased to be associated with both Chemplast and INEOS Vinyls to execute this very challenging project. Our team is enthusiastically committed to delivering a state-of-the-art facility that will produce high-value returns for the owners."
Chemplast Sanmar is the flagship of the Sanmar Group. INEOS Vinyls is Europe's leading PVC manufacturer and ranked fifth worldwide.
