Production Services Network Directors Conclude Deal

Bob Keiller and the PSN board of directors have now concluded a deal which makes them the owners and managers of one of Scotland's largest private companies. Production Services Network (PSN), formerly operating as KBR Production Services, is headquartered in Dyce, Aberdeen.

The PSN management buy-out was engineered by Bob Keiller, CEO, and Duncan Skinner, CFO, and has taken 15 months to bring to fruition. Further members of the board of directors are Peter Brown (UK Operations Director), Alistair Green (Business Development Director), Dean Hunter (Human Resources Director), John Kearney (Technical Director), Zeffrey Lucas (US Operations Director), Jerome Lynch (International Operations Director), and Bill Nicholson (Commercial Director).

PSN is a new company in name and ownership but has a 25 year reputation for excellence. "This most recent chapter in our history will ensure continuity for our customers and staff," says CEO Bob Keiller. "As an independent company we can be more responsive to the needs of our customers. Our employees, the backbone of our company, will play a pivotal role in enabling us to transform our successful company into a major, international player."
