In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Peter Evans stated, "We are pleased that GE has entrusted us with this important project. This is our tenth project assignment at Mt. Vernon, extending our 15-year plus relationship with GE."

GE Plastics manufactures and compounds polycarbonate, ABS, SAN, ASA, PPE, PC/ABS, PBT, and PEI resins.
