ScottishPower's competitive US energy business, PPM Energy, is to build a 200 megawatt windfarm at Big Horn in the south east of Washington state with completion expected in summer 2006. PPM is in advanced discussions to sell the output of the Big Horn project under a long-term contract to a major utility.  |
| Hydro Award Aker Troll B Produced Water Mods Contract | 04/11/2005 |
Hydro awards Aker Kvaerner modification contract to further improve cleaning of produced water from the Troll B platform. Modifications will be done to meet the official requirement of zero discharge of environmentally harmful waste into the ocean. Aker Kvaerner Offshore Partner in Bergen, Norway, will start engineering and detailed planning of the work immediately.  |

Abbot Group's subsidiary, KCA DEUTAG, receives LOI from Azerbaijan International Operating Company for provision of offshore platform drilling and maintenance services on the Deep Water Guneshli platform to be built in the BP-operated Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea.  |

Motiva Enterprises LLC, a joint venture between Shell Oil Company and Saudi Refining Inc, select KBR to provide conceptualization, planning and early design services for major refinery expansion being considered by Motiva in the United States.  |
| CHP Station to be Built at Mongstad Refinery | 09/11/2005 |
Danish energy company Elsam secures contract with Statoil to build, own and operate a combined heat and power (CHP) station at the group's Mongstad refinery north of Bergen. Elsam to invest more than NOK 1 billion in the plant with the deal covering an operational period of 20 years.  |

Petrofac receives EPC contract with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) to build second phase of Harweel Cluster Development in southern Oman. The project will be executed in conjunction with Galfar, an Omani Engineering & Construction Company. The contract will be executed over three years through Petrofac's Engineering & Construction division from its base in Sharjah, UAE  |
| AMEC Awarded Dushanzi Petrochemical Expansion Project | 10/11/2005 |
AMEC awarded contract by PetroChina for consultancy services on the Dushanzi petrochemical expansion project, western China. AMEC will provide project management, process engineering, planning, cost management, safety, health and environmental, quality assurance and other related services together with its proprietary project management software, Convero, for the revamp of an existing refinery and development of a new petrochemical facility, including a 1.2m tonnes per year ethylene cracker.  |
| Chevron to Build Underground Natural Gas Storage Facility | 10/11/2005 |
Chevron Global Gas, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc., files application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) as part of the permitting process to build an underground natural gas storage facility. The project, named Windy Hill, includes construction and operation of an underground natural gas storage facility and will include four salt storage caverns.  |
| Eni and Çalik Plan Development of Turkish Straits By-pass Route | 14/11/2005 |
Eni and Çalik reached agreement laying the basis for development of an oil pipeline connecting the Turkish Port of Samsun, on the Black Sea, with Ceyhan, on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. The companies will perform engineering and design studies on both the selected route and the transportation system, which, in addition to the 560 km pipeline, includes a new loading terminal in Samsun and oil storage facilities to be built in Ceyhan.  |
| KBR Awarded Rong Doi Contract in Vietnam | 16/11/2005 |
KBR awarded contract by KNOC to provide operations and maintenance services for the Rong Doi and Rong Doi Tay gas development project in Vietnam. Workscope will include initial setup support through the pre-production phase, followed by management and execution of all operations, maintenance and support activities for the Rong Doi Gas Platform. Through an alliance with PTSC Production Services, KBR will maximize the involvement of local Vietnamese personnel and subcontractors, providing opportunities for the development of the local workforce.  |
| Foster Wheeler Awarded PMC Contract in by Aromatics Co Thailand | 16/11/2005 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's Thailand subsidiary selected as PMC for The Aromatics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ATC) Reformer and Aromatics Complex II Project to be located at Map Ta Phut, Thailand. PMC Role covers the co-ordination of the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.  |
| Stolt Offshore Awarded Extension to Moho-Bilondo Project | 18/11/2005 |
Stolt Offshore awarded extension to recently awarded Total E&P Congo Moho-Bilondo deepwater field development offshore Congo. The extension is for engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of a 16" diameter export pipeline from the Floating Production Unit of the Moho-Bilondo field to the Djeno Terminal.  |
| ABB Wins Multi-million Gulf Grid Order | 18/11/2005 |
ABB win $220 million contract from Gulf Cooperation Council Interconnection Authority (GCCIA) for phase one of the massive Gulf Grid project, linking the electricity networks of six Gulf states. ABB will be responsible for design and manufacturing of the equipment, system engineering, installation, commissioning and civil works.  |
| Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil Progress LNG Project | 18/11/2005 |
Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil Ras Laffan (III) Limited launch Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (RL3). RL3 is a further expansion of the existing LNG production facilities operated by RasGas Company Limited (Qatar Petroleum 70 percent; ExxonMobil 30 percent) at Ras Laffan Industrial city. This project is planned to bring the total number of trains operated by RasGas to seven (Trains 1 and 2 in RL, 3 through 5 in RL II and 6 and 7 in RL 3) and is expected to increase RasGas LNG production capacity by more than 70 percent.  |
| Fluor Win EPCM Contract for RasGas' Common Offplot Projects | 22/11/2005 |
Fluor subsidiaries awarded contract by Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (3) to provide the initial phase of engineering, procurement and construction management services for RasGas' Common Offplot Projects in Qatar. Work for this initial phase will be performed in Fluor's Houston office.  |

| Stolt Offshore Win Deepwater Contract Offshore Brazil | 23/11/2005 |
Stolt Offshore awarded a new contract by Petrobras for a period of six years for deepwater flexible pipelay offshore Brazil. The contract will commence in January 2007 and is valued at approximately $250 million.  |
| Aker Kvaerner and Clough Win Woodside Topside Floatover | 24/11/2005 |
Woodside Energy award Aker Kvaerner and Clough joint venture contract for installation of topsides for Angel platform. The Clough Aker Kvaerner JV will perform all installation engineering and construction activities related to transportation and installation of the Angel topside module. Additional work relating to hook-up of topside module to the pre-installed jacket will also be undertaken.  |

Hydro awards Reinertsen modification contract for linking Oseberg Delta satellite field to Oseberg Field Centre. The field, located some 150 km west of Bergen, will feature one template and the well stream will be transported to the processing plant on the Oseberg D platform via two pipelines.  |

Statoil awards Vetco Aibel contract for maintenance and modifications on Hammerfest LNG terminal on Melkøya for processing of gas from Snøhvit. Scope of contract includes engineering, fabrication and installation of day-to-day maintenance support of the plant, and upcoming modifications.  |
| Foster Wheeler to Design and Supply Greek Power Plant | 30/11/2005 |
Consortium led by Foster Wheeler's Finnish subsidiary, Foster Wheeler Energia Oy, part of Foster Wheeler's Global Power Group, awarded engineering, procurement and construction contract by Greece's primary electricity utility, Public Power Corporation (PPC), for a 100 MWe heavy-oil-fired power plant.  |
| Jacobs Receives New Contracts From Saudi Aramco | 30/11/2005 |
Jacobs Engineering Group subsidiary receives contracts from Saudi Aramco to utilise Jacobs' proprietary SUPERCLAUS(R) technology for 13 sulfur recovery units (SRUs). Jacobs is performing the awarded work at three key Saudi Aramco locations in Saudi Arabia.  |

CB&I awarded contract to supply natural gas processing plant in Malvinas, Peru, as part of an expansion of Camisea gas project. CB&I will be responsible for engineering, procurement, modular fabrication and FAS supply of two cryogenic trains.  |
| Chevron Increases Sabine Pass LNG Terminal Capacity | 05/12/2005 |
Chevron Global Gas, a unit of Chevron Corporation, exercises its option to increase capacity at Cheniere Energy Incorporated's Sabine Pass Liquefied Natural Gas terminal from approximately 0.7 billion cubic feet per day (bcf/d) to 1.0 bcf/d, pursuant to its original agreement signed with Cheniere in 2004.  |
| Shaw Awarded EPC Contract by Dominion at Chesterfield Station | 05/12/2005 |
Shaw Group's Shaw Stone & Webster unit awarded EPC contract to retrofit coal-fired generating Unit 6 at Dominion's Chesterfield Station in Chester, Virginia with pollution control equipment. Retrofit will include installation of Flue Gas Desulphurization equipment, also known as scrubbers.  |
| Technip and Innovene Awarded Petrochina Contract | 08/12/2005 |
Technip, in association with Innovene as licensor, awarded contract by Petrochina International for two lines of polypropylene for Petrochina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company's new complex. Contract will be carried out by Technip's operations and engineering centre in Kuala Lumpur with support from Lyon OEC.  |
| Foster Wheeler Awarded LNG Debottlenecking Project in Malaysia | 19/12/2005 |
Foster Wheeler E&C Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and partner, OGP Technical Services Sdn Bhd, awarded contract by Malaysia LNG Dua Sdn Bhd (MLNG Dua), a PETRONAS subsidiary, to execute FEED and EPC phases of project to debottleneck production capacity at the existing MLNG Dua LNG facility at Bintulu, East Malaysia.  |
| Fire Water Contract for Vetco Aibel on Snorre A Platform | 23/12/2005 |
Contract covering conversion work for expansion of fire water capacity on Statoil-operated Snorre A platform in the North Sea awarded to Vetco Aibel. Job will employ some 40 people from Vetco Aibel's engineering and fabrication team in Haugesund north of Stavanger.  |
| Aker Kvaerner Launch CO2 Capture Development Project | 23/12/2005 |
Together with ten partners and Gassnova, Aker Kvaerner invest NOK 32 million in Just Catch(TM). Project aims to develop technology enabling more cost efficient way of capturing CO2. The environmental friendly technology, which can be implemented for gas power plants within 2010, will be owned by Aker Kvaerner.  |
