Shaw Group's Stone & Webster unit joins Westinghouse Electric Company and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 'AP1000 Consortium'. The AP1000 Consortium is currently proposing to provide the 'Nuclear Island', including the AP1000 reactor and technology transfer, for four nuclear generating units in China.  |

Chevron Global Refining plans to increase capacity of Pascagoula Refinery's Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) by about 25 percent, from current capacity of 63,000 bpd. Construction of the $150 million project expected to begin next month.  |

| Naturkraft Builds Norway's First Gas Power Plant | 29/06/2005 |
Naturkraft AS to proceed with the construction of Norway's first commercial onshore gas-fired power plant at Kårstø in Rogaland, western Norway. The plant will be the first of its kind in Europe with a filtering system for nitrogen oxides emissions.  |

Studies launched by Snøhvit partners to assess doubling of capacity for processing and liquefying natural gas at Hammerfest LNG plant. Any expansion of this facility on Melkøya island in northern Norway would be conditional on discovering more gas in the Barents Sea.  |

Shaw Group's Shaw Stone & Webster unit awarded EPC projects by PPL Generation LLC, a subsidiary of PPL Corporation. Projects expected to create approximately 800 jobs during the construction phase, as well as additional permanent positions once operation of the scrubbers begins.  |
| Technip Awarded Contracts by Statoil for Subsea Services | 20/07/2005 |
Technip has been awarded two contracts by Statoil for subsea services in the Norwegian part of the North Sea. Both contracts go into effect on 1 January 2007 and last for 5 years, with options for 3 one-year extensions.  |

Borouge is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and Copenhagen-based Borealis A/S.  |

Technip awarded ethylene capacity expansion project by Kazanorgsintez in Kazan in the Russian Federation. Project involves modernisation and capacity expansion of three existing ethylene plants at Kazan. KBR awarded its first contract from Canadian oil company EnCana. The award, valued at CAD $12 million, is for 19 steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) modules for the Foster Creek oil field in North East Alberta.  |

JGC Corporation and its partners, Marubeni Corporation, and Daioh Construction Co., Ltd. reach agreement with The Zhejiang Juha Co., Ltd, a chemical products manufacturing company in Zhejiang province, China. Agreement involves establishment of a CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) project in a joint effort to help reduce GHG (Greenhouse gas) emissions.  |

CB&I awarded lump-sum turnkey contract for design and construction of storage tanks for new liquefied natural gas import terminal near Port Hawkesbury on Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada. Facility will be owned and operated by Bear Head LNG Corporation, a subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.  |
