Tucson Electric Power Company, Phelps Dodge Energy Services, LLC, and a development subsidiary of PNM Resources choose Fluor to finish work at the 570-megawatt, combined cycle power plant, which was 50 percent complete when construction was stopped by original owner in 2002.  |

CB&I awarded lump-sum turnkey contract design and construction of storage tanks at a new LNG import terminal in Fujian Province, Peoples Republic of China. Work scope includes turnkey engineering, procurement and construction of two full containment LNG storage tanks, including deep foundations, tank topsides, and electrical, instrumentation, equipment and piping to grade.  |
| Hydro Planning Windpower Project in Sokndal | 13/04/2005 |
Hydro inform Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) that the company has started planning a possible wind farm with more than 50 wind turbines at Tellenes in the Norwegian county of Sør Rogaland. Project comprises five possible wind power sites surrounding the mining area operated by Titania AS. Majority of project lies in Sokndal municipality, and the rest in Lund.  |

Smedvig Engineering awarded letter of intent by Statoil for modification of drilling facilities on Statfjord B and C. Contract is part of Statoil's late life development project of the Statfjord field with a duration of approximately three and a half years.  |

Teijin Twaron select Aker Kvaerner to provide engineering and construction management services for the Niji expansion project. Technip as leader, in consortium with Hyundai Heavy Industries, awarded lump sum turnkey contract by Total Upstream Nigeria Limited for the FPSO of the Akpo field development, offshore Nigeria. Technip's engineering centre in Paris will take charge of the overall project management and engineering phase.  |

Smedvig enters into agreement with Keppel FELS in Singapore for the purpose of building new semi-submersible self-erecting tender rig (semi-tender). Agreement with Keppel FELS is based on principle that Keppel shall build and own the semi-submersible hull, and Smedvig shall own the derrick equipment set.  |

Technip, leader in consortium with JGC and Tecnicas Reunidas, awarded by Vietnam Oil & Gas Corporation (Petrovietnam) lump sum turnkey contract for Vietnam's first crude oil refinery to be located in Dung Quat, south of Da Nang in central Vietnam. Technip's engineering centres in Paris and Kuala Lumpur will carry out the EPC contract.  |
