Arctic Case Date Change At Court of Appeal

It has been announced that the Arctic case has been brought forward and will now be heard in the Court of Appeal on the 29 and 30 November 2005.

This has to be good news as there is now a possibility that a decision may be known before the 31 January 2006 when the 2004/05 returns have to be submitted to HM Revenue & Customs.
