Shake Up for Central BeltJacobs Engineering Group Inc. have announced that they are in acquisition discussions with the Babtie Group. It is not yet clear what the implications will be for Babtie, the technical and management consultancy, whose headquarters are in Glasgow. Babtie currently employ 3,500 staff, operating internationally in the transport and development, environment and utilities, property and facilities, defense and energy markets.
